We perform detailed analytical support for various energy related services such as Co-generation/ Tri-generation, etc. We have detailed hourly multi-dimensional models to assess buildings with coincidental and non-coincidental heating, cooling and electric demands. These load profiles (cooling /heating and electric) are developed by us and inserted into the models to find the optimum balance point of operation. We can help select the lowest Life Cycle Cost option for sizing a co-generation or tri-generation unit. In the process, we provide complete design engineering and specification support.
We have detailed multi-dimensional models for analyzing various types of airside systems such as Single Zone AHUs, Reheat AHUs, Multi Zone / Dual Duct AHUs, VRV systems, FCUs and terminal boxes. We can perform trend data analysis from a BMS system for doing a system “health check” or checking control loops tuning. Chiller and Boiler Plants / Steam Systems
Using our energy models, we can analyze complex chiller and boiler plants and estimate potential energy savings. The plants are modeled in great detail including all components like Cooling Plant ( chillers, primary pumps, secondary pumps, condenser pumps, cooling towers) Heating Plant ( boilers, primary pumps, secondary pumps, heat recovery devices, de-aerator, condensate recovery, exhaust fans). All operational and control data are modeled such as supply water set points, return temperatures, pump curves, chiller curves and boiler efficiency curves. Once the model is calibrated to the actual consumption various Energy Efficiency Measures can be evaluated.
