At Kamal Cogent Energy Pvt. Ltd., we provide complete design engineering for building services such as Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning, Electrical, Lighting, Plumbing, etc.
We start by performing load calculations for cooling, heating and humid conditions. These are followed by a schematic design system selection. Our system selection choices are based on optimized energy use or lowest life cycle cost analysis.
We provide design documents such as equipment selection, technical specification and suggested product vendors. Floor layouts synchronized with other trades are also provided to minimize variations in as built conditions versus design documents. Construction supervision services and submittal reviews are also a part of the design effort.
