Payonidhi Kasliwal, is an executive possessing over 32 years of experience in project development and management. Mr. Kasliwal’s, primary role at Kamal and Company Group, has been twofold. He is responsible for managing the financial and legal interests of the group as well as spearheading the group’s expansion into new business sectors.

Mr. Kasliwal’s prior experience includes setting up a sugar manufacturing plant in Anta, Rajasthan, in 1977 and a coach building factory in Kota, Rajasthan, in 1982. He is also credited with leading the groups ventures into finance (1994), construction (1997) and education (2000)

Rishabh Kasliwal is an accomplished energy professional with five years of professional experience at Cogent Energy's Bay Area office in California.

His experience includes performing new building commissioning and retro-commissioning services, managing on-site energy system audits, leading energy efficiency analysis and modeling teams and performing building commissioning tests. He also has experience designing Cogeneration, and commercial wet side and air side HVAC system retrofits.

Mr. Rishabh Kasliwal has performed energy audits ranging from preliminary evaluation to investment grade audits on over 10,000,000 sq.ft of commercial space and has managed projects for performing energy analysis on over 50,000,000 sq. ft of the same.

He has managed retro-commissioning and commissioning projects on over 3,000,000 sq. ft of commercial space and is intimately familiar with both text based and graphic energy management and control systems.
