Activities would include some or all of the following:
Manage projects involving various combinations of
the following, delivered within the commercial,
institutional and industrial, market segments:
- Energy audits
- Energy modeling
- LEED Facilitation
- Building commissioning
- Retro-commissioning
- Cogeneration system design
- Control system design

Eligibility: B.E./B.Tech. Mechanical / Electrical
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
The candidate’s responsibilities would include assisting a Senior Engineer with the following tasks:
- Site visits for collecting data from commercial and industrial facilities
- HVAC and cogeneration systems design
- Energy efficiency analysis of buildings and campuses
- Testing and commissioning of building systems
- Organizing and writing reports
- Project Management depending on experience

The successful candidate shall have the ability to clearly communicate thoughts and concepts in writing and orally. Candidate shall be a self starter and have the ability to manage tasks and assignments with little direct supervision. Candidate shall have at least a Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a well rounded understanding of energy efficiency measure application in commercial building systems as well as industrial and process systems. Expertise with Excel is required and experience with Word, building simulation programs, macro programming, and AutoCAD is desirable.
