Kamal Cogent Energy is providing green building services to Mahindra World City Jaipur for their upcoming 15,000 sq ft vocational educational institute under the LEED NC program administered by Indian Green Building Council (IGBC). The green building services being provided by Kamal Cogent Energy include LEED facilitation, third party fundamental and enhanced commissioning services.

Commissioning :-

• Review of owner’s project requirements
• Review of basis of design (enhanced)
• Incorporate commissioning specifications in the construction documents
• Developing Commissioning Plan
• Performing installation verification
• Witness start-ups
• Performance verification (including system readiness checks)
• Pre-functional testing
• Functional performance testing
• Prepare commissioning report
• Prepare systems manual (enhanced)
• Prepare and perform operator training (enhanced)
• Perform measurement and verification per IPMVP (enhanced)

LEED facilitation :-

• LEED credit specific guidance
• supporting and educating the design team across all aspects of LEED
• support developing green specifications
• providing guidance for collecting documentation required by IGBC
• reviewing contractor submittals
• completing LEED submittal templates and supporting material
• completing LEED review submittals
